For the whole of the last week one piece of news has captured the headlines. that
of double murder in noida, one a teenager Aarushi, 14 years old and hemraj, a servant who was
initially thought to be the murderer.
Today the police announced to the media the results of the probe and arrested
Dr Rajesh Talwar, father of aarushi for murdering his daughter and their servant
hemraj.
However while viewing the press conference, there were a few doubts
that creeped into my mind.
Firstly, hemraj( the servant) who had expressed his fears about his life being in danger
to his friends went to the terrace in the middle of the night just because
Dr talwar wanted to talk to him alone.
I'm sure in such a big home there were other places to talk including hemraj's
room.
for a moment if we assume that hemraj was infact killed on the terrace,
then how do you explain the blood stains on the stairs leading to the terrace.
secondly, if aarushi knew about Dr talwar's illicit relationship with
his colleague, if hemraj knew and most of the staff members of the hospital
knew too, howcome Dr talwar's wife, Dr nupur talwar didnt come to know.
she was not a dumb lady, was a doctor afterall.
Why was hemraj murdered first and then aarushi.? the answer police has given
is to eliminate the witness. If Dr talwar wanted to he could have killed
aarushi without hemraj knowing of it. Therefore it was a cold blooded murder and
not performed in a fit of rage by the father after seeing his daughter and
their servant in an "objectionable" position.
by the look of it , i think police have caught the right guy but have traced
the events wrongly. there are a few questions that have been left unanswered.
even the role of the mother, nupur talwar and that of Dr talwar's illicit partner
dr anita durani is not clear.
what is that the police is trying to hide.? If i know of the hara-kiri commited by them
why has the police bought this time for?
lets see how events take shape in the next few days. your guess is as good as mine.
FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO WANNA READ MORE ITNO THE MATTER GO THROUGH

I'm not being able to see the case that detail, except reading e-paper through net. But whatever little I know, its just beyond my acceptance level. How can a parent ever kill their own child, especially the only child?

i only know one thing...parents do everything to save their children...even if the child is going wrong way they will try and hide the fact from the world...who would want his child to be defamed...how can a parent say the child was having illicit relationship with a servant.....even if she was having it.. anormal parent would try to protect the child's reputation...poor child paid with her life and she can not come back to dispute it...?
we definately need to look at ourself again...before it is too late

The case is not an easy solution as provided by the presenters...
Perhaps the root is far away buried under the sea...
To hoodwink public with foolish equation is as bad as the crime committed!
